Naturopathic Nutrition is a useful tool to support the body’s natural state of balance, homeostasis. Using food or supplements in a medicinal way can provide the nutrients needed to regain wellness, energy and optimum health.

Due to life’s demands, we can easily slip out of balance due to stress- (physical/ emotional), lifestyle choices and pollution. Nutrition is an amazing tool to help regain this balance and I believe food should be used in positive ways to fuel health and lifestyle, being enjoyed not feared.

Nutrition can help support symptoms of ill health or discomfort in any of the following areas:

I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and hold a Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I have always had a huge interest in wellbeing and the way I feel, both physically and mentally. Over the years I have become attuned to my body’s intuition around food and what I need in order to function optimally.

In support of the Health at every size (HAES) movement I believe that everyone should be valued equally regardless of size and that moving away from diet mentality serves us well. There are no right or wrong, good or bad food choices but rather finding what works best for you and addressing any negative habits surrounding food and body image.

I have additionally trained as an Intuitive Eating practitioner which allows me to work on empowering people to gain confidence, knowledge and regain trust in body image, something I am very passionate about. Intuitive or mindful Eating brings us back into alignment with our bodily cues, eating for physical hunger, pleasure, satisfaction and satiety, helping to establish a healthy relationship with self, body image and food.


Upon booking you will be sent a health questionnaire and 7 day food diary to be completed and brought to the consultation. The Initial consultation will last 1.5 – 2 hours, discussing past medical history, current symptoms and lifestyle in order to gather an in-depth idea of how to best support you.

Our working relationship can last as long as required, from 1 session offering guidance, to long lasting support, however long it takes for you to gain the health and freedom you desire.
